What are the delivery charges?

A delivery charge of PKR 300 will apply to orders with a total value of less than PKR 5,000.

Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for FREE shippingacross Pakistan.

How many delivery attempts will be made if I am unavailable to receive my order?

Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. Please make sure your complete address, city, area, and contact number are entered correctly when placing your order.

If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to Rare Project.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Information

If you refuse your parcel or are unavailable to receive it and then place the same order again, Rare Project reserves the right to cancel the new order.
